The Report

1. Dr. Chan gave the welcome speech to all alumni.

2. (a) Endorsement of 2007-2008 Annual Meeting report

      (b) Endorsement of 2007-2008 Financial report

(c) Membership: We had 165 student members, 50 honorable members and 30 ordinary members.

3. (a) Mr. Lo Ka Fai was assigned to be the treasurer. Mr. Cheung Hon Hau gave his own feeling

    as our alumni treasurer since the foundation of our committee.

(b) Introduction of 2^nd vice-chairperson: Mr. Saqib (2007)

4. Dinner started at 7:30p.m.

5. Lucky draw at 9:00 p.m.

6. All alumni members were asked to complete the activity questionnaire and the function end at  9:15 p.m.
