School Gymnasium
he 2024-2025 Alumni Association Annual Night Meeting was held on 29th November 2024 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. at the school gymnasium. Close to 50 alumni and 55 teachers attended the Annual Night. Other members, Honorary and student members, also attended the event. Following the inspiring speeches by the Principal, Mr. Lo and the Chairperson Mr. Sohail Khan, the endorsement of the 2023-2024 Annual Meeting report and the financial report were endorsed by all the members (except student members) in the audience.
The most anticipated part of the night was the General Meeting Elections in which Ms. Charlene Christine Mendoza, our honorable alumnus from the 2018 batch, had succeeded his term as the Chairperson for the year 2024-2025 with 34 votes, followed Mr. Sohail Khan, one of the 2010 graduates, as the Vice-Chairperson with 8 votes.
The event organizers then asked alumni from different cohorts to take group pictures together. Refreshments and drinks were provided while different cohorts were taking group pictures. We also have a new claw machine for the alumni to play to get their favorite plushies of different house charms by donating 10 dollars to get 1 token to play. The purpose of the donations is to organize alumni activities; and in the future: an alumni mentorship program, facilitate alumni involvement in student programs.
In addition, there were two games being played during the event such as Kahoot which included the 60th anniversary of the Delia of Groups followed by the lucky draw Bingo. The lucky top 5 winners received Muji coupons playing Kahoot and for the Bingo 30 winners were lucky to get their prizes sponsored by the school.
The splendid night ended with a singing performance by our talented alumni, Mr. Mark Jason Amado.
