The Report

1. Dr. Chan gave the welcome speech to all alumni.

2. (a) Endorsement of 2009-2010 Annual Meeting report

      (b) Endorsement of 2009-2010 Financial report

(c) Membership: We had 173 student members, 50 honorable members and 83 ordinary members.

      * As to save our environment we projected our Annual Meeting report and Financial report to the screen in order to saved paper.

3. The committee members took the group photo. The graduates also took photo with teachers.

4. Refreshment started at 7:30p.m.

5. At 9:00 p.m., all participants joined the Bingo and shared a lot of fun together.

6. During the Talent Show time, there were band shows organized by students, teachers as well as alumni. The marvelous performance brought the atmosphere to the highest and everyone enjoyed with pleasure. .
