TWGH English Writing Competition 2020-21

Congratulations to Alson R. RAI from 6B (29) for winning the SILVER AWARD at the TWGH “Good People, Good Deeds” English Writing Competition 2020-21!

Last Saturday 25 September 2021, the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGH) held an Award Presentation Ceremony to announce the winners for the “TWGHs Good People, Good Deeds: English Writing Competition 2020-21”. The competition provides young writers with a platform to explore the world of writing, to stretch their imagination; and most importantly, to infuse positive energy into society, thus fostering social cohesion and promoting care, mutual help and solidarity in the local community.

As the Silver Award Winner of the Senior (Secondary 4-6) category, Alson received a book voucher worth $2000 for his short story titled “Poppa”, which he wrote in April 2021.
