Summer Biology Experience Program- iGEMer workshop
On 21st July and 22nd July, Our School students joined the iGEM exploring workshop launched by 2025 HKUST iGEM Team and the Hong Kong- HS iGEM Team. During the workshop, students are being introduced to the idea of synthetic Biology and related inspirational research from both teams.

Students got a remarkable experience in designing. presenting their innovative idea on synthetic Biology. Also, students got the chance to experience DNA extraction and gel electrophoresis on bacterial colonies.
Throughout the workshop, the students delved into the concept of Synthetic Biology and the vital role it plays in preserving our future development in Science with their innovation and knowledge. Inspired by their experiences, the students expressed a strong commitment to Biology learning and pledged to invent new Biotechnology in shaping a brighter future.
