Singapore Study Tour 2025
A group of 36 S.5 students and 4 teachers travelled to Singapore in order to explore multiculturalism, ethnic harmony, advancements in science and technology, and sustainable city development from 27th to 30th June.
Upon arriving in Singapore from Hong Kong, the tour began with the Art Science Museum. The exhibition “Mirror: Journey Into the Mind,” excellently merged art and technology. Next, the group visited the Merlion Park, capturing iconic views of the Merlion statue. Finally, the group went to the Chinatown Culture District to explore the cultural heritage of Singapore.

The second day started by visiting the Science Centre, where the group was engaged with hands-on exhibits that highlighted the wonders of science and innovation. Next, the group learned about Singapore’s urban development at the URA City Gallery. The day concluded at Gardens by the Bay, and the group explored the delightful Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, marvelling at the diverse plant life and stunning architecture.

The third day was filled with excitement as the group spent the whole day at Universal Studios Singapore on Sentosa Island. The theme park provided a range of exciting rides and immersive attractions. This day was a highlight of the trip filling with laughter and unforgettable memories.

On the final day, the group visited the Marina Barrage Sustainability Gallery. It provided valuable insights into Singapore’s innovative water conservation efforts and its approach to environmental sustainability.
The four-day trip to Singapore provided the group with an enriching blend of culture, technology, and sustainability. The journey also fostered a deeper appreciation for Singapore’s dynamic spirit and its harmonious balance of tradition and modernity, leaving the group inspired.
