Ng Teng Fong Scholarship 2020 – 2021

Ng Teng Fong scholarship was set up in 2015 in memory of Mr Ng Teng Fong, the founder of Sino Group, with an aims at encouraging less privileged students from secondary schools who has good academic achievement.

Besides, students should also have the following attributes such as good conduct and actively participates in the extra-curricular activities and community activities. The value of scholarship is HK$5000.

5A Kaur Harman Deep

It is with great pleasure that I would like to recommend Harman deep, a student of Delia Memorial School (Broadway) for the Ng Teng Fong Scholarship. She has proven to be an excellent student and a wonderful asset to our school.

She is now studying S5 in Delia Memorial School (Broadway). As her class teacher since S4, I have worked closely with her for the past year and have developed a great deal of respect for this remarkable young lady during that time. She is always the Top 5 students in the whole form since S1 and she has maintained an A grade average.    Harman deep demonstrated a love of learning and the level of commitment necessary to succeed. I have great respect for Harman deep and truly believe that she is a deserving candidate for the Ng Teng Fong Scholarship.

Harman deep has always impressed me with her hard work, passion and determination. She always asked for help outside the class, and never rest unless and until everything was clear to her. She is also passionate to serve others. She has been in the School Prefect Team since S3. She has impressed me with her leadership and teamwork abilities as well. She works well with her classmates and usually gets along well with everyone around her. She is respectful, patient and caring. I often see her helping other students, as well as teachers. She is good at various concepts and tries her best to aid everyone around her. She is as mature and reliable student, in my point of view.
