PTA Movie Watching (Ne Zha 2)

The PTA was delighted to organize a special movie-watching event for parents and children. We reserved a movie session in CGV theatre (D2 Place TWO at Lai Chi Kok) at 11 am on 30^th March 2025. This event was designed to provide a fun and engaging opportunity for families to bond and share a memorable experience together before the second term Unified Test.

The movie was 144-minute Ne Zha 2 (2D), with English subtitles. It was a great hit in box office on the Mainland. This animation offers an exciting story packed with action, emotion, and life lessons that both parents and children can enjoy together. Ne Zha 2 is an exhilarating Chinese animated film that continues the legendary tale of Ne Zha, blending stunning visuals, heartfelt emotions, and epic battles in a story of courage, redemption, and self-discovery. This movie-watching activity provides a good opportunity for our non-Chinese parents and children to learn about Chinese tales.

There were limited number of seats. A family was allowed to obtain a maximum of three tickets. On that day, parents and children arrived early.  Tickets were given and deposit was returned to participants. A number of them bought soft drinks and buckets of pop-corns to enjoy the movie.
