According to the daily observation and discussion with the students, it is found that most of the students would easily get stressed in their academic performance, peer conflict and family relationship issues. In order to strengthen their resistance in coping with the daily challenges, school social workers would organize
Mental Health Programs for all forms in the coming academic year during the OLE Assembly. Depending on the needs of each form, the topics of Mental Health Programs could include Emotion Regulation, Understanding about Mental Health issues (e.g. Depression, Anxiety) and Stress Management.

Overall, the students could have a basic understanding of the mental health issues. Through all the workshops in mental health education, the students would also understand the importance of seeking advice once they are aware of their emotion or mental issues. The workers also emphasized the community resource and social worker support in coping with mental health. After these assembly, it is obvious that more students would like to come to social worker offices to seek for advices.
