Life Skills Camp 2026

A group of 17 students recently took part in a two-day-one-night camping trip at PLK Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp. The activity offered students a valuable opportunity to experience outdoor learning while strengthening friendships and teamwork.

For many students, it was their first time participating in a wild camping experience. On the first day, students worked together to set up their tents before preparing for a barbecue dinner. Everyone played a part; some helped set up the charcoal, while others prepared food and assisted with cooking. Students enjoyed sharing the meal together and demonstrated great teamwork by helping one another and cleaning up the campsite afterwards.

The following morning began with breakfast and tidying up the tents. Students then took part in an archery activity, where they had the chance to try out a new skill and challenge themselves.

Although the camp was short, it was a meaningful experience that allowed students to develop independence, practise teamwork, and enjoy learning outside the classroom. The school looks forward to providing more opportunities like this to support students’ personal growth and holistic development
