Promoting Health: Our Healthy Campus Campaign

We believe that a healthy diet is key to our students’ overall well-being and academic success. As part of our ongoing healthy campus campaign, we are excited to highlight the nutritious options available in our tuck shop and introduce the Delia Mile virtual run event.

Healthy Food Options in the Tuck Shop

Our tuck shop is dedicated to providing students with a variety of healthy food choices that fuel their bodies and minds. Here are some of the nutritious options available:

  • Fruit Cups: our fresh fruit cups are a delicious way to satisfy sweet cravings.
  • Nutritious Lunch Box Meals: Our balanced lunch boxes include boiled egg, steam chicken or fish and plenty of vegetables, ensuring students receive the nutrients they need for a productive day.

We encourage all students to make healthy choices and explore these options during their breaks!

Delia Miles

In addition to healthy eating, we are thrilled to launch the Delia Mile virtual run event, aimed at promoting physical activity among our students. This initiative encourages students to track their daily steps using an app in their phones, making fitness fun and engaging.

  • Duration: 1st April to 30 May
  • How to Participate: Students can join our group in the StepUp app to log their daily steps.
  • Rewards: Points earned from step counts can be redeemed for exciting prizes at the end of the competition.

The Delia Mile is not just about running; it’s about fostering a healthy lifestyle and encouraging students to move more every day.

As we continue our Healthy Food Campaign, we hope to inspire our students to embrace nutritious eating and active living. Together, we can make a positive impact on their health and well-being!
