We are proud to announce that our school achieved the 2nd runner-up position for the Highest Number of Participants Award during the Community Chest Flag Day held on November 16, 2024. This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication and enthusiasm of our students and staff in supporting community initiatives.
Our participation not only showcased our school spirit but also highlighted our commitment to giving back to the community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time and effort to make this event a success.
Together, we made a positive impact and helped raise awareness for a worthy cause. Let’s continue to work together for the betterment of our community!
The Community Chest Flag Day 2024 was held on 16th November from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. A total of 234 S3 and S4 students from our school participated. We encourage our students to join different community services to get more involved in the society and to show their care and love to the people in need. All donations raised will be allocated in full to the Chest’s 168 social welfare member agencies which provide a wide range of social services to benefit over 2.5 million needy in Hong Kong.
Flag Day of Hong Kong Children & Youth Services (HKCYS) was held on 30th November, 2024 (Saturday). There were 109 S5 students participated. 5A and 5B conducted the service in Tsuen Wan while 5C and 5D conducted the service in Lai King. The funds raised will be used to develop non-subsidized services for children with special learning needs to help them for a better future.
The Flag Day of International Social Service (Hong Kong Branch)(ISS-HK) 2025 was held on 22nd February from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. Around 30 S3 to S5 students from our school participated. We encourage our students to join different community services to get more involved in the society and to show their care and love to the people in need. ISS-HK is a non-governmental organization that has been providing a wide spectrum of cross-border case services to children and families in Hong Kong, Mainland China and across countries since its establishment in 1958.The fund raised will be used to approach more members of the public with an aim to strengthen family health and connections. All donations would be used to support their services.
