Students recently embarked on an extraordinary high-seas expedition designed to forge resilient leaders and ignite house spirit. Pushing participants well beyond their comfort zones, this immersive maritime journey transformed the open ocean into a dynamic classroom for personal growth. A defining highlight was the “Leap of Faith,” where students conquered hesitation by executing an empowering open-water plunge from the ship’s main deck.

Throughout the voyage, teams managed hands-on tasks that demanded clear communication, collective trust, and seamless synchronization. Through structured command rotations, every student stepped into their roles in the house committee, mastering delegation, rapid decision-making, and peer motivation under pressure.
