中國文化學會於 2026 年 4 月 24 日舉辦了一場別開生面的「龍鬚糖製作工作坊」。活動期間，學生表現極其投入，沉浸於這項傳統工藝的樂趣中。

為了照顧非華語學生的需求，導師全程以流暢英語講解，將複雜的拉糖步驟拆解得清晰易懂。憑藉導師的細心指導，學生精準掌握了力度與技巧。在歡愉的氣氛下，每位同學都成功將糖塊化作萬千糖絲，親手製作出美味的龍鬚糖。

此次活動不僅讓學生體驗到創作的成就感，更是一次成功的跨文化交流，加深了他們對中國傳統飲食文化的認識。

Activity Report: Dragon’s Beard Candy Making Workshop

The Chinese Culture Club organized a unique and engaging “Dragon’s Beard Candy Making Workshop” on April 24, 2026. During the event, students were highly engaged and fully immersed themselves in the joy of this traditional folk craft.

To cater to the needs of non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students, the instructor conducted the entire workshop in fluent English, breaking down the complex candy-pulling process into clear, easy-to-understand steps. With the instructor’s patient and meticulous guidance, students accurately mastered the necessary strength and techniques. In a joyful atmosphere, every participant successfully transformed solid sugar blocks into thousands of delicate silk-like strands, handcrafting their own delicious Dragon’s Beard candy.

This workshop not only allowed students to experience the sense of achievement that comes from hands-on creation but also served as a successful cross-cultural exchange, deepening their understanding of traditional Chinese culinary culture.
