grade can send maximum of 6 contestants for each event. (refer to Entry Form) b.Each contestant can enter a maximum of Two events (one
track and one field
or two field or two track is compulsory). (except for relay) c.An
event will be cancelled if the number of contestants is less than 4. d.Athletes
should put on their P.E. uniform with number tag on the front. e.Houses
must attend all the events. |

1) All students should wear
school uniform or P.E. uniform to enter the playground.
2)
All athletes are required to present student identity cards for registration.
3)
Athletes should put on their P.E. uniform with number tags on the front.
4)
No littering is allowed.
5)
All athletes should return to the allocated stand after the events, no loitering
in the
playground is allowed.
6)
Athletes should attend to the announcement.
7)
Athletes should respect and obey the teachers and judges.
8)
In case of conflict between events, athlete should get approval from the judge
of
the field events to postpone his / her event. When the competition of the
track
event is finished, he / she should immediately report to the field event.
9)
Athletes of track events must report to staff in the Registration Area, from
there
they will be led to the start line. Athletes of field events should
directly report to
the event area.
10) The winners should get ready for
the prize presentation ceremony.
11) The relay competitors must stay in their own lane until the event is finished.
